Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Cancellations & Timeframes
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of a return. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to post the item back to us.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Jewellery (Earrings): For hygiene reasons, these are non-returnable
- Vintage Quilts: are "as-is." I will document any existing wear or age-related marks in the listing.
- Items listed final sale items
3. Condition of Returns
Return items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by unnecessary handling (e.g., perfume scents, pet hair, or smoke).
- Handloom/Handmade: Minor weave irregularities are part of the craft, not "faults."
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a Tracked service on high value items, as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit.
5. Faulty Goods
If an item is genuinely faulty (excluding natural handloom variations or documented vintage wear), we will cover the return costs and offer a full refund or replacement. Vintage disclaimer - any item listed as vintage will have a full description outline of flaws/characteristics with photographs and are sold as is.
